We have semiconductor product portfolio of our own design, including transistors(such as Small-signal Transistors, Medium-current and High-current Transistors, JFETs, MOSFETs, and Phototransistors) and diodes(such as Small-signal Diodes, Zener Diodes, Schottky Barrier Diodes, and Photodiodes). We call these products Original Products. From among these we choose a product that meets customer requirements. When it is approved by the customer, we supply it on an "As Is" basis in the form of wafers. As per customer's request, a slight modification may be added to our Original Products in order to create a product matching even better customer's needs. In this approach, requirements may be chosen. In this case,the product needs to be adjusted to meet customer requirements, by modifying its design and/or by changing process conditions. This approach saves customers a considerable period of time compared with the case of transferring customer's own technology from scratch that is otherwise required to examine individual products and adjust them to meet requirements.

If existing Original Products do not satisfy customer requirements, we are able to custom-develop a new product. We develop a product that satisfies customer requirements by making the best use of the know-how we have accumulated.
