| All PHENITEC employees at any job level are expected to use their best
efforts for self-enlightenment. Every possible opportunity should be taken for a skill-improving training: 1. Training may be conducted by direct superiors in the course of daily operations, or outside education sources may be used. 2. The training objective is to develop such a human as serves as a good model for both society and corporate members. 3. An effective training plan is to be established, based on superior's fair appraisal of the trainee's skill as is and, where necessary, by reflecting the trainee's opinion. Training programs should be continuous. Rotation of work assignment is also promoted, and, for this purpose, extended training programs are also available. |
